Lifetime product support, simple replacement process.
Nanosecond offers a lifetime warranty for qualifying product defects. If your approved warranty claim requires a replacement, we will provide the replacement product at no charge. Customers are responsible for the shipping cost of the replacement.
Lifetime Warranty Coverage
What this warranty covers
Nanosecond warrants that its products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. If a qualifying issue arises, we will review the product and, at our discretion, provide a replacement or another appropriate resolution.
Lifetime replacement policy
This lifetime warranty applies to qualifying product defects for the life of the product. If a warranty claim is approved and a replacement is required, Nanosecond will ship a replacement product for free. The customer is responsible for the shipping cost associated with the replacement shipment.
Who is covered
This warranty applies to the original purchaser of the product purchased directly from Nanosecond or an authorized seller, unless otherwise stated. Proof of purchase may be required to verify warranty eligibility.
What Is Not Covered
Exclusions
This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper installation, modification, abuse, accidents, cosmetic damage, normal wear and tear, unauthorized repairs, or failure to follow product instructions.
External equipment and handling
This warranty also does not cover issues caused by external equipment, incompatibility with unsupported devices, power surges, improper storage, or damage occurring during customer handling after delivery.
Warranty coverage is limited to the Nanosecond product itself. It does not cover indirect, incidental, or consequential damages to the extent permitted by law.

How to request support
To start a warranty claim, please email support@nsecond.com with your order details, product name, a description of the issue, and photos or video if available.
Review process
Our team will review your request and respond with next steps. Additional information may be requested to help us verify the issue and provide the best resolution.
Resolution
If your claim is approved, Nanosecond will determine the appropriate remedy, which may include replacement, exchange, store credit, or another reasonable solution based on the situation.
Replacement shipping cost
For approved replacement claims, Nanosecond will provide the replacement product at no charge. The customer is responsible for paying the shipping cost for the replacement shipment before the replacement is sent.
